How much travel data do you need?

Think about how you use your phone on a trip. Maps, messaging and occasional browsing usually need less data than video streaming, video calls, large photo uploads or hotspot use. Choose a fixed allowance based on your itinerary and expected use; actual consumption varies by app, settings and time on Wi-Fi.

This product offers fixed plans from 1GB to 50GB, plus unlimited-data options. Some unlimited plans include 1GB or 3GB of high-speed data per day, then continue at up to 384kbps; an unlimited high-speed option without throttling is also available.

Plan durations range from 1 to 90 days and run in rolling 24-hour periods from first connection. Review the selected plan’s data amount, daily speed allowance and duration before purchase.

Will a travel eSIM help avoid roaming charges?

A prepaid travel eSIM can help you avoid data-roaming charges from your home carrier by using its included data for mobile internet abroad. Whether charges apply depends on your carrier plan, which line your phone uses for mobile data, and calls or texts made on your regular SIM.
