Before you begin
Keep the order email or QR code handy and connect your device to Wi-Fi. Do not delete an eSIM that you have already installed unless support asks you to.
Install the eSIM
- Open Settings and select Cellular or Mobile Data.
- Select Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan.
- Choose Use QR Code, then scan the QR code from your order email. If your order provides manual details, choose the manual-entry option instead.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to add and label the new line.
Keep your primary line available for calls and messages if you need it, then select the eSIM as the data line when you are ready to use it.
