1. Overview These Terms of Service govern your use of the Simimore website (simimore.com) and the purchase of digital eSIM products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and have a compatible, unlocked eSIM-capable device to purchase from us. By purchasing, you confirm your device meets these requirements.

3. Digital Products All products are digital eSIMs delivered electronically. You acknowledge that digital goods are non-tangible and, once activated, cannot be returned or exchanged except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We accept payment via methods available at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

5. Delivery Your eSIM QR code will be delivered to your email address after payment confirmation, typically within minutes. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it within 1 hour.

6. Acceptable Use You agree to use our eSIMs solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with the laws of the country in which you are using the service. Resale or redistribution of our eSIMs without written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability Simimore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or device incompatibility.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.

9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
