Before you begin
Keep the order email or QR code handy and connect your device to Wi-Fi. Android menu names vary by manufacturer and software version.
Install the eSIM
- Open Settings and look for Network & internet, Connections, or SIM manager.
- Select Add eSIM, Add mobile plan, or the equivalent option.
- Choose to scan a QR code, then use the QR code from your order email. Enter the manual details only when your order provides them.
- Follow the device prompts to add and name the eSIM.
When you travel, choose the new eSIM as the mobile-data line and follow the plan's connection guidance.
